The principle of increasing the diameter of the disc to increase the braking performance is based on the theory of “Torque = Force × Arm”. “Arm” is the radius of the disc, “Force” is the output of the brake caliper, and of course “Torque = braking performance”. According to a simple mathematical formula, if the “Force” remains unchanged and the “Arm” increases, the “Torque” will naturally increase. The moment of torque equals the braking performance and the braking performance naturally increases.

The rotor upgrade kit includes pair rotors and caliper extensions. HHC BRKAES rotors are all made of aluminum alloy two-piece design. The aluminum alloy is produced with T6061 T6 material, and the cast-iron outer disc is produced by our many years of unique heat treatment method manufacturing process and testing. The caliper extension bracket is manufactured by molding the type of original caliper with a new length of bracket extends, which has the installation accuracy and material strength of the original caliper bracket.
